Are you the right founder for this space? Have lived experience, unfair advantage, or domain expertise? GenZ founders who know their niche inside out go further, faster.
Do the painkiller vs. vitamin test. Is it solving a burning need or just a nice-to-have? People pay for must-haves.
Define Total Addressable Market, Serviceable Available Market, and Serviceable Obtainable Market. Investors fund scale, not vibes.
You do have competitors. What’s your moat—tech, distribution, pricing, UX?
Start with a no-code MVP. Use Notion, WhatsApp, anything. Validate without wasting capital.
Understand revenue streams, CAC vs. LTV, churn, and pricing strategy from Day 1.
Create sharp personas. What memes do they follow? What’s in their Amazon cart?
Company incorporation, IP, data compliance—don't skip the boring but critical stuff.
Co-founders should bring complementary skills. Have clear roles, equity splits, and agreements.
